Brief summary of job profile

Responsible for managing the recruitment, planning, developing, and implementing new and revised recruitment programs and processes to align with the company's goals and best competitive practices, attract high-quality employees, develop sources, and retain excellent employees. Responsible for discovering talent, building a strong employment brand, and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Report to (Position): Directly to Head of HR

Supervise/Leader of (team/positions):

This position manages all employees of the TA team and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the team. Currently is from 4-5 staffs.

Internal:
Function and Department Heads: Marketing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Network Expansions, NSO, Roll Outs, Audit, Franchise, Accounting & Finance,…

External:
Recruitment Service, Agencies, Partners, Vendors

Key Tasks:

  • Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition team in South & Central in daily recruiting and hiring activities, performance management, and their overall progress in achieving individual and team
  • Develop & manage the end- to -end recruitment process and hiring plans, deliver recruiting efficiencies
  • Liaise with hiring manager needs and expectations.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Build up good relationship with potential talented candidates for any co- operation in the future
  • Know and understand the job description of all positions
  • Ensure proper hiring/on-boarding and induction for new starters, inspiring employees to grow within the company
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct Human Resources modules in SMTP
  • Create, review, and develop recruitment processes
  • Apply technology in recruitment
  • Performing related duties and special projects as assigned by Head of HR

Job Requirements:

  • Education/ Training Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or equivalent (MBA is preferred)
  • Experience (years of experience i.e.: 2 years of experience in similar position): Minimum of 3 years as TA Manager or similar HR role with TA experience of which a focus in recruitment area gaining from sizable and high growth organization in similar industry (multinational organization is preferred). In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

    Working hours:  as per business needs. Typically, 8am-5pm Mon-Friday
